Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Hide & Paint ("we", "us"), based in Norway. By creating an account or buying a pass, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What we sell

We sell digital access passes to the Hide & Paint software and loader. There are no physical goods and no recurring subscriptions. Timed passes grant a fixed window of access (e.g. 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) that stacks onto timed access you already have and lapses when it expires. Eligible timed passes can also be issued as transferable keys you can activate, gift, or pass on.

Lifetime VIPis a one-time, account-bound entitlement with no scheduled expiry. It remains active for the supported commercial lifetime of Hide & Paint for MECCHA CHAMELEON. In this context, "lifetime" does not mean the buyer's natural lifetime and is not a promise that the software or service will operate forever.

Lifetime VIP includes future releases and updates that we publish under the Hide & Paint name specifically for MECCHA CHAMELEON. It also includes access to beta builds before public release when we make such builds available to VIP customers. It does not include MECCHA CHAMELEON itself, unrelated products, tools for other games, or third-party content. We do not promise a particular beta, release schedule, feature, or publication date.

2. Your account

• You must be able to enter a binding contract in your country to buy.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and any unredeemed key codes secret. Activity under your account is your responsibility.
• Provide accurate information and keep it current.

3. One account, one machine (device lock)

To prevent account sharing, each account locks to a single device the first time the loader signs in (a hardware identifier, "HWID"). Later sign-ins must match that device. You may not share your account or attempt to circumvent the device lock. If you change computers, contact us and we may reset your device lock at our reasonable discretion.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not share, rent, or sublicense your account or active access.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, crack, or resell the software, except by transferring a key through the feature we provide.
• Do not use the service for anything unlawful.
• You are solely responsible for your own use of the software, including ensuring it complies with the rules, terms, or EULA of any third-party game or platform you use it with. We provide a tool; how you use it is your decision and your risk.

5. Keys

A key is a bearer code: whoever holds an unredeemed code can activate it. Keep unredeemed keys private. We are not responsible for keys that are shared, leaked, or lost, and a redeemed key cannot be reversed. Lifetime VIP is not sold or issued as a key and cannot be transferred to another account.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorise the charge shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes. Access is delivered immediately after a successful payment.

7. Availability & changes

The software is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update, patch, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Third-party game updates may temporarily affect functionality while we patch — we publish a live status (Undetected / Updating / Offline) but do not guarantee uptime, results, or that the software remains undetected.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here, including fitness for a particular purpose and any guarantee of undetectability or specific results. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory Norwegian law. Subject to that, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, without refund, if you breach these Terms — for example by sharing your account, abusing the service, or filing a fraudulent chargeback.

10. Refunds & privacy

Purchases are governed by our Refund Policy and personal data by our Privacy Policy, both incorporated into these Terms.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. If you are a consumer, you may also bring complaints to the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) or the Consumer Disputes Committee (Forbrukerklageutvalget). Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above; continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
